Helping Haiti Heal
I’ve been working the past few weeks on a personal project. I wanted to design a poster to contribute to the Haiti Poster Project and help raise proceeds to help with the earthquake relief efforts. (I’ll share in a later post about some my challenges with this project.) My screen prints are finally done and I’m ready to ship them off where they will be sold! This is exciting!
It is said that there is opportunity in tragedy. I created that poster with that idea in mind. Despite the ruin the tragic earthquake left, there was an opportunity to rebuild, to contribute, to learn and to heal.
