LiveOps wanted to provide a new unified experience that allowed their customer service representatives to connect with any customer and any communication channel, ranging from Social media, phone, text, or email. Customer service software at the time was dry, uninspired and fragmented. The design and for LiveOps Engage was vibrant made tools accessible. The goal was simple help make the lives of Customer services representatives easier and as a result make the lives of their customers better.
