The mobile Scion website was suffering from a multitude of issues. The mobile site saw significantly long load times and complex navigation systems that required the user to always reload resulting in high bounce rates and low visit sessions. In addition, the mobile site was having trouble scaling to the growing number of devices on the Android platform. The redesigned mobile site also needed to be easy to update as the desktop site was frequently updated with new vehicle launches, promotions, and offers. The redesign sought to solve these issues while also staying on brand.
